The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of products, services, and information provided by JMD Fabricators. By engaging with us, placing orders, or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
JMD Fabricators is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Scaffolding Systems, Shuttering / Staging Materials, Aluminum Towers, and related construction support products. The specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms shall be mutually agreed upon in writing before order confirmation.
All orders placed with JMD Fabricators are subject to acceptance based on product availability, technical feasibility, and agreed commercial terms. An order shall be considered confirmed only after written acceptance or issuance of an official quotation or work order.
Prices are quoted as per agreed terms and may be subject to applicable taxes and duties. Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Delayed payments may attract interest or result in suspension of further supplies until dues are cleared.
Our products are manufactured in accordance with industry standards and quality norms. Proper installation, handling, and usage of scaffolding and shuttering materials are the responsibility of the customer. JMD Fabricators shall not be liable for damages or accidents resulting from improper use or unauthorized modifications.
Delivery timelines are provided on a best-effort basis. Risk associated with the goods shall pass to the customer upon dispatch or delivery, as agreed. JMD Fabricators shall not be responsible for delays caused by transportation issues, site conditions, or factors beyond reasonable control.
JMD Fabricators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including project delays, loss of profits, or third-party claims arising from the use of supplied products.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all commercial, technical, and business-related information shared during the course of engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
JMD Fabricators shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, labor issues, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
JMD Fabricators reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement or use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
